Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary - Apr ‘06
Hornbills were what was on my mind when I planned to visit Dandeli, Karnataka, India
Best time to photograph hornbills is Dec thru March. And the best places are right on the
river and on the river banks. A search for Dandeli on the gallery page will bring up the
pictures from this trip.
A great place to stay is the Bison River Resort (Tele: +91 8383 256539, 256548) . Lots of
birding possible on the river and on the banks.
